On the website it says 23 days, there are some people who haven't received their cards since 60 days, I haven't heard anyone receiving their card in less than 40-45 days, when did you land?
There were a lot of applicants through November/December/January probably and they are still working through that backlog. When I landed on 11th of January, the average processing time was shown as 48 days on the website and on the border I was told 6-10 weeks.

Nothing in my ECAS status regarding the PR card. I called CIC a few days ago and they said my card has been sent to production and should be ready really soon. The impression I get from that and other answers people have been getting from CIC is they're having huge monthly production batches there and I'd expect a lot of people getting their cards in the next few weeks.
Just to be clear, that's simply what I think what will happen
