PR Card renewal

Hello I'm facing difficulty with my PR card application any urgent help will be much appreciated. I have a problem with my PR renewal process. I filled out the form but left the form incomplete because I forgot to put NA rather than just leaving it blank, I also forgot to send some significant forums. I was told my PR process wasn’t started yet. I was wondering do I have to wait for them to send my application back to give them the rest of the files or can I send it as additional information because my process hasn’t been started, and if so. Will it affect the time duration for the renewal process.
