PR Card - Can my wife send the PR Card via Fedex? Is it legal?. I have to travel in about 3 weeks to India... MY PR Card renewal application is in progress but no update from them. Did an "urgent" application as well..

It's legal, BUT because the card contains a RFID chip, ask FedEx if they require anything special for the importing of the card when it arrives in India, since it will likely be scanned when entering India. A lot of people seem to use DHL, but FedEx should be the same.
