Hi all, when is the earliest I can apply for PR card renewal before my card expires? I meet the residency requirement and still have almost a year to go before my card expires. Can I apply for renewal now? I am not looking for responses like, "why are you in hurry, wait for x number months before you apply, etc. I just want to know the earliest time frame one can apply for PR card renewal.

As stated by cic you must have 9 month or less in order to renew you PR Card
