It seems for many that are applying with sufficient days in Canada / in compliance, they get their card back before the system even gets updated. I'd say wait until one month after you applied.

Thank you for the reply! It makes sense to wait for atleast a month before getting concerned. But on the question of linking, were you able to link your profile in the GC key at all?

I have not been in this situation myself.
