Pr card renewal online file returned due to photos are missing

Hi there,
My file is returned today reason photos are missing but I uploaded the photos and action button is greyed. If someone went through same situation please help me out I really need ur help should I apply again or is there any way to edit it.If anyone can help me on that I really appreciate that.

The same situation for me as well . I applied for the PR card for my wife and son online both application got returned with this message "Photos are missing", although i have uploaded it. Now not sure what to do?

Hello, I have the same exact situation - photos missing, but action button is greyed. Not sure what to do next. I just submitted a a case-specific enquiry, but God knows when they will reply.
I didn't even get a notification that my application had been returned, just got to know when I signed in to see the status of it. Have you received such notification?

I also haven’t received any notification … I have reapplied for the PR card application with the same fee receipt to see what they will reply. This is just to test the online portal application.

Thanks, just wanted to let you know I checked my application today again and the Return reason is now blank - still with status "submitted"

Hi Jessica, I'm experiencing the same situation. Status showing "submitted" however there's a return reason "photos are missing". I'm very sure I have uploaded my photos while submitting the application. Have not received any notification from them at all. I've just sent a "case-specific enquiry". Did you upload your photos again in the enquiry? How long did it take for them to remove the return reason? Thank you!

Status of the new application is still in submitted state after i have re-applied and there are no errors this time.
I used the same fee receipt .
Also I have raised a case specific enquiry as well.

Hello, My PR card renewal application returned with photos are missing reason. I uploaded photo again and submitted with the same fee receipt and submitted a webform as well. It still shows photos are missing under the reason tab. How long do they take to clear that from the reason? I resubmitted a week ago.
