I live in BC. But yes, the application was processed in Nova Scotia. Your card will arrive in couple of days.
I'm still waiting. I really hope I don't wait the whole frikkin six weeks!
I think I hit every speed bump they have in this process.
My card arrived today. One week after the status updated to "we mailed your card."
Still no update on ECAS and still saying submitted on the PR card portal, so if you want updates, linking your application is definitely the way to go.

Oh right around the 72-day mark. I hope mine goes through in about 2 weeks (72 days).
Update:
I applied online on Jul 19th. I received my card on Thursday, 09/26. It was printed on Monday, 09/23.
I couldn't link my application to the IRCC/GIC portal (still can't).
Hi,
My PR renewal application shows "submitted" for 105 days and there has been no status update whatsoever. When I contact IRCC they ask me for the payment details, which I provide them and then after that they say that they will investigate and get back within 1-2 weeks.
The officer also told me that most likely my application had some issue but I haven't received any mail / communication anything.
I'm very confused and my PR card is expiring in a few weeks. If I want to leave Canada and re-enter a few days before the PR card expires it should be fine right?

It's fine as long as it's still valid. (and you meet RO)

IIRC even if your card expires, if you return to Canada by private vehicle and show your expired card they'll let you back in. Your status isn't expired, just the card. (But commercial means of traveling to Canada they require a valid PR card)
Actually, to piggyback on my last reply, does anyone know if crossing the border via "commercial means" includes using a rental car?

A rental car is considered private not commercial. I crossed with a rental car a month ago without a valid PR card.

Agree with above, no, it's not commercial means.
To be more precise I believe the term used officially is 'scheduled commercial carriers', which basically means commercial that have regularly scheduled transport (and published schedules) - airlines including most 'charter flights' (but not private planes, and some smaller charters that don't issue normal tickets might not be included), trains, and the classic 'greyhound' type buses with published schedules (some of the jitney type buses might not be covered in this). Private and rental cars, taxis, airport limousines, ubers and other private car services - you should be okay. I think those airport 'limousines' that work with minibuses i.e. carrying multiple parties across the border probably also fine.
Of course, any problems you have are your own problem. And of course some services like uber and many taxis might refuse to take you across the border, or only agree to take you right to the border (and you hoof it across yourself). If the transport you have refuses to wait esp if you're pulled into secondary immigration - your problem how you get further on, but that's not a 'carrier' problem.
Quick question regarding IMM5444 5.5 Time Spend Outside of Canada, just to confirm, do they really not need to know the state/province I was visiting? Only the name of the city and country it was in? Just want to make sure because lots of cities/towns have the same name across the US. Thank you!

They probably do want to know it as I think there’s room for it on the paper application. What I did was just add the state/province after the city/town. Best wishes!
Submitted non-urgent application on 9/10. Called IRCC today to get application number and was told my application is in progress. Inspect tool says "Complete." According to what I've read on this thread - I'm hoping to get card soon !!
