My daughter and I received our PR cards today. We mailed our applications out on May 10th, I was able to link them on June 9th or so, and the cards arrived in the mail today. It said in the system that they were mailed out as of the 15th.

You mean, did we meet the requirements to maintain PR? I've been in Canada since March of 2017 and with the exception of several week-long trips back to the U.S. (both of which were with my sponsor) and a day trip we've been in Canada the entire time.

Wow! Thanks for the update. I am currently out of Canada so I will have to check with my friend if she received it in her address so she can mail it to me.

You can officially move around with a breeze. =)

Congrats folks! So IRCC processed the new PR cards for people who landed till April 21, 2022. At least we know that for sure ...

My landing date is April 27, 2022 and eagerly waiting to get my PR cards. Fingers crossed!

My first time PR card application got approved and card has been sent in mail today! Here is my timeline -

Landing: April 27, 2022
GU: June 15, 2022
PR Card Application Status Changed to "Approval" and Card sent in Mail: June 22, 2022

I'm the dependent applicant and my spouse is the primary applicant. Except me, my kids and spouse's status for PR card application is still showing as "Submitted". Is it usual for kids PR cards to take longer time ?

I think its quite normal for only one family member to get approval first and then all others can come along later. My Parents landed at the same time April 16. Received my dad's card but my mom. Her status is still submitted.

Hi, really hoping someone could help here.

I have made a paper application for my spouse's lost PR card. Sent the application in on May 17th. Canada Post delivered it to CIC on May 24th. We haven't received any email confirmation yet. Unable to use the status tracker to find the application as it says "cannot find the application"

Should I keep waiting for an email update or any suggestions on what is the best way forward.

Our PR card renewal application was delivered on 18 May, but still no AoR yet. So you appear to be in the same boat.

A decision has been made on my renewal finally! Not reflecting on my CAS timeline but has switched to decision made and is reflected under the name change I requested (which took me a second to find, seeing as I was using my previous name to find it in CAS, now it finds it under the switched name)
So I’m assuming the decision made is positive or they wouldn’t have reflected the switched name on my file?
Either way glad to have some movement on it. I wanted to get it back before it expired in August and before I had a baby in September. Jokes on me, baby arrived yesterday! Glad the card will be here soon (hopefully? Doesn’t say it’s actually approved and mailed out yet, just DM)

application received: May 6th
AOR: May 31st
DM: June 25th
