PST or EST? I wonder if PST got shafted from not being able to call until 8 AM PST

I tried PST
but if you are in PST if you have a phone number from EST you can get through before 8 Am

2. Call IRCC at 1 (888) 242-2100 . When you call IRCC, It will ask you for the UCI , press two i.e. no UCI available and then as soon as the Message for AF and UK refugees start playing press 330 in quick succession you will be able to reach them. The real deal is - dont wait to hear out the refugee messages

Anyone here sent solemn declaration recently? I was asked to send it as I did not receive my first PR card yet, it was received by the PR card processing center in Sydney on February 3rd, not sure how much time they will take to respond.

I got a reply to one of my webforms asking me to send by February 1st if I didn't receive my PR card.

Great, that means your card is in production now. Once it is printed and mailed out, your status will change to Approved. Best Luck!

I was able to link pr card application to my IRCC account. The first status showed as 'Application/Profile Updated' and after a refresh it is now showing 'Submitted'

I did not submit PR card application separately. I landed in Canada with COPR on 9th Nov, 2022 and that is when the immigration office initiated the PR Card application. Waiting for my first PR Card.
