Hello i m a perminent resident of canada i landed in toronto and lived 2 years and then return back to my country now i m moving to calgary and 1 year is left in my Pr card expiry Will my pr card can be renew from calgary Looking for Reply thanks
 
PR card renewal applications are sent to Sydney, Nova Scotia.

YES - You just have to fill out the forms and mail it in to Sydney.
