PR Card received - less than a month after Landing

If you did not receive a PR card and went back to the United States, can you return on a COPR for the second visit?

You can return using the COPR (or even just your passport) as long as you don't need a visa to come to Canada.

The issue is not getting into Canada (any PR will be allowed into Canada once they get to the border) the issue is getting on the plane. If you are from a country where you would usually need a visa to visit Canada, then without your PR card you will not be allowed on the plane.

If you're returning in a private vehicle, then even a FN who would need a visa is fine, because they can look you up in the computer at the border.

Any update on this? Anyone landed in between 1-15 march received his/her PR card? I am still waiting and have no idea how to contact them?
