Hi,

Does anyboy konw or have the experience whether the officer may ask any questions to exam residency obligation or request additional information at time of card distribution? I received an email informing me to pick up my renewal PR Card next Friday.

Besides, do I have to certify English translations again for my original Chinese passport and show them when picking up?

Thank you.

I had to pick up my last card (5 years ago). I brought copies of the entire application, just in case, but I think I only had to show ID and maybe landing papers? Whatever it was, it was not much, but just to save yourself a return trip it's always better to bring whatever you have easily available, to be safe.
