I can understand your pain !! The problem is the reply to webform is mostly over delayed and rarely helpful ! Phones they hardly pickup . So the applicants are left to fend for themselves. I hope ircc reads this and makes some positive changes to the system .

It should have reached you within a week maximum .

Photo received at the sydney office: 12/30/22
First the application status said : “submitted”
Now the status says “application/profile updated”
What does that mean?
Application status changes from submitted to Application/Profile updated.
When an officer opens or update your profile.
Maybe he/she has added your photo in your profile.
