Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on June 18, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on September 29, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on September 29, 2021.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on November 30, 2021.

Thank god this is over. Nevertheless my citizenship application is pending for 1.5 years but I will take this small victory today. At least I can enter and leave the country in peace. Applied from Toronto.

i mailed my application for PR renewal on Apr 24 and it was delivered on May 1 st. But when i check application status page , it says application received on Sept. 22. After that nothing happened and there is no acknowledgment of reciept. I only have item 1 on your list which is sept 22. I am wondering samething happens to you or not?

Hi all I checked for my renewal app and it says that ot was mail Nov 22nd but I haven't received yet, I live in Saskatoon. Anyone knows how long it will take to receive it in the mail?

I applied for PR card renewal in August for me and my family.
We all received AOR on Nov 15th and Decision Made was updated on the same day.

The status changed to "Complete" and message that cards are sent through mail on Nov 17th and Nov 18th for me and my daughter respectively and we received our PR cards after 4-5 days.

My husband's status still shows Decision Made and no information about mailing of cards . We all have our tickets booked for Dec 18th. Where should I contact??

you can contact IRCC @ 1 888 242 2100, but I think best option will be to contact your MP as your flying date is approaching.

Your wait time is quite long, have not noticed anyone like this in the thread. Have tried calling them or contacting your local MP?

No I never heard of MP. What is MP stand for? I called them at the morning but it said they will answer if only my concern is related to Afghanistan and bunch of other situations .

I live in Calgary, how should I call/contact MP?

MP means, Member of Parliament. I also live in Calgary NE, you can google your MP depending which area of Calgary are you living. Mine is George Chahal. Let me know if have any problem finding/contacting your MP. I ll help you further. I contacted last week, waiting for his reply

I have been on decision made for 7 weeks on pr renewal, crazy there is no consistency. I would reach out to your MP right away, it can take them a week to hear back. Hope it works out for you

Thanks, yes I'll call them. It's a relief to say the least as last few days were horrible as I have to travel and the thought of not being able to re-enter was horrible. Thanks for all the info .

Ircc is inconsistent. For some applicants they send the cards after decision made and for some they get stuck on decision made for a month or two for no reason .
