The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /mycic/gccf.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

4. Card Mailed November 23,2021
5. Card received in mailbox November 29, 2021

How to contact to MP? I called many time on 1-888-242-2100 to IRCC but nobody provide any information.

just google who is your MP at your area, you will get their email id, send an email to them about your urgency!!!

I got a confirmation that I need to pick my PR card in person at my local ircc office.. Any idea by when I recieve an email to collect the same.. As I m in India, I also need to apply for PRTD to collect my card. Any estimate time which normally need to have the PRTD confirmation??

The said yesterday on their twitter account that online services won't be available between 12:00am and 5:30am ET on Nov 30th. It's 4:15 pm ET and online services are still not available. This is IRCC's services' quality in a nutshell: thanks for your patience

Not any time soon. Probably towards the end of Q1 2022 at best.

May I ask, how did you get the confirmation that you need to pick up your card in person? Was it in your ECAS, GCKey or they sent you an email?

No idea about PRTD but I believe you have 180 days to pick up the card, either from date of appointment or date of notification. The info is online but I'm not sure where I saw it.

I dnt get email... Followed up on below id.. So got the reply that yur card need to be pick up in person..

We arrived in Canada end of June 24 and PR card still hasn't arrived as of Dec 1. CORP has expired. We have tried calling but impossible to reach IRCC by phone. We sent a webform, no answer. Finally, about 2 weeks ago we sent a solemn declaration form.

ECAS shows no mention of the PR card having been issued, or processed. Neither does GCKey. It doesn't look like they've even processed anything after 6 months.

Has anyone else been in this boat and, what can we do?
