I understand. But there's nothing you can really do at this point to expedite and you are so close to get the AOR. Just give it some more time.

Below are my timelines for PR Card Renewal(Family application in one package - 3 applications ),

• Renewal Application Sent: 17th April 2021
• Renewal Application Received: 20th April 2021 (Based on Canada Post Tracking)
• Confirmation of PR Card renewal application (AOR) for all the three applicants: 19th August 2021
• Decision Made: 26th August 2021
• Received 2 PR cards in the mailbox on 31st August 2021
• The spouse PR card is still in the decision made (DM) status and, I think the card is yet to be mailed out.

Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on March 26, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on July 28, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on July 28, 2021.
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 26, 2021.

Did you receive 3 cards separately?? as in were they mailed to you on different dates? I submitted renewal for family of 3 and 2 of them received card but 3rd is still DM status. I was wondering if they process and print cards separately?

Yeah. Got them all on separate days. Same case as you. Got 2 cards two weeks ago, just got the last one today.

Congrats. Where did you see that last sentence "Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on August 31, 2021. and Complete"? Was it on your ECAS or CIC account? thank you very much

Have you receive AOR? If you haven’t then your application is not opened yet therefore there is no record on your CIC account.
