GCKEY Update: Approved March 30, 2022
GCKEY Message that card was mailed to me: March 30, 2022
I do have a question though, when they say that they sent the card but it may take 6 weeks, does this mean that they're still printing it or just because Canada Post takes awhile to deliver the PR Card? Thank you to anyone who can respond! I'm leaving next week Friday so hopefully it arrives before then.
Just an update, I received my PR Card in the mail from CIC 4 business days after the card was mailed. I live in Calgary, AB. Hope this helps someone understand turnaround times after card issuance.

Congratulations!!!!!! Thank you for sharing this, I received a DM on March 24th and still not Card received. I am near Toronto. I am not able to link my file for whatever reason, but wondering did they update that the card was mailed on the GCKEY or the main site.

Thank you! DM, does not mean that the card was issued or printed already. I found that they update GCKey sooner than ECAS. You will get a message in GCKey and ECAS if your card has been mailed. You'll just see the update sooner in GCKey. Also, for me there was a ghost update day before they changed my status to approved and notified me that my card has been mailed.
, My Wife application is also in "decision made" since december. The timeline is similar to yours.
We contacted CIC customer card once and applied twice using webform. No update yet. When is your PR Card expiring ?
Permanent resident card application Received on September 23, 2021.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on December 3, 2021.

Thanks again, I don't know why the system wont link my card, this is very frustrating, I did speak to a CSR who told me that the card went to production on March 25th. This should not take the is long especially since I have been in Canada for over 30 years and never left the county more then 30 days total each year,
I need to travel to Europe on Friday and the worst case is I fly back into the US and cross the boarder by car.

I am talking about PR card only. .. Anyone got their COPR on or after 21st march and got 2nd Ghost Update on PR card application with approved status ?
Thank you all for the info in this thread, it is super helpful as I am prepping to submit a PR card renewal application. I was a bit confused by the checklist, does anyone know if you need to submit all the pages of your passport or is it literally the photo page only as this is just used for identity purposes? Many thanks!!

For the option of "your valid passport or travel document" (meaning also not expired), I included just the biometric page - see the note what it needs to show. (I got DM in ecas)
Don't forget to include the photocopy of PR card (both sides) as you renew. This instruction may be difficult to spot.
