I just got an email that there is an update on my PR card application.

Hi guys, I just received my credentials to create a PR portal from IRCC yesterday. To file my PR application (CEC), I put Ontario address as a residential address and Quebec address as a mailing address. Can I put a Quebec address to obtain my PR card? Would it create any trouble as the applicant is expected to reside outside the province of Quebec?? Could someone please advise here??

Receive Photo submit request on July 8, 2022
Sent my Photos on July 9, 2022
Still waiting. Was unable to attend an event in Washington last weekend. Waiting for PR card for 108 days now.

I have a similar situation, I became a landed PR on June 8th, 2022, Received Photo Resubmit request on August 5th, 2022, Photos received August 12th, 2022 and I am still waiting. Hopefully they'll arrive soon.

How did you know when the photo was received ? Did they update your portal ? I am relying on the day canada post delivered my package

I am also relying on Canada Post (tracking status), someone signed for the delivery of the photos. Sadly, I hadn't linked my PR Card application to my cic account until today, so I'm not sure if anything there had changed at some point.

If your PR card photo is rejected, how long does it take to get an update after sending a new photo to IRCC? The Photo my wife sent to IRCC got to them on 28 April 2022 but there have been no update on her profile.

You really think 2 weeks and they would have progressed too far ? I would safely assume it must be still April applicants

Just got off from phone with IRCC officer, he said they are still processing "re-submitted photos" from the month of APRIL 2022.
To conclude, for people with re-submission request, it is going to take extra 50-80 days (for cases where no re-submission of photo was required it is currently taking 65-75 days)

Hi everyone,
I thought I update on my renewal of PR card application :
Received confirmation of PR card application received July 8 2021,
September 12 2022 received email IRCC for pick up PR card in person appointment at ETOBICOKE office Oct 2 2022.
Yes it's been long wait but finally here.
