PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2021

New PR card

Hi everyone,

I received my CoPR on 26 January 2021
I sent my photo to IRCC mail within a week as suggested on my CoPR.
I have not received my new PR card yet.
On my CIC profile, it says my CoPR has expired on May 12th, 2021.
Where can I find whether CIC has mailed it out or not?
I tried to call CIC several times, the call was getting disconnected every time.
Can someone please advise me about further actions?

I am in the same boat, received my COPR on January 26, 2021. Mailed my PR card application on January 28, 2021. Heard nothing until yesterday. They replied to my webform that the application is still under process. But not sure when they gonna mail it out
As for COPR expiry, mine is valid for a year.

Link your application to myCIC.

Thanks, but unable to link it, the system cannot find any application although through CAS (check application status it shows the status)

Probably the reason as mentioned by

You cannot check your status on the system until you have receive AOR with an application number. From the Application number, you should be able to link to your GC key account to check on status.

I did not get the AOR in mail yet, any other way to link the application ?

Can some one please help me with some information on the need to give biometrics for pr card renewal? I paid the fee and included a receipt with my application but then on cic website section 'find out if you need to give biometrics' it says I don't need to give biometrics. I'm confused

Most of PR renewal does not need biometric unless they ask for that
