You should wait abit longer, maximum it's a process of 4 weeks after a decision is been made. so hold on a little longer

They’ve changed the processing time to 66 days for pr card renewal, and I’m on my 64th day. Only received AOR on February 15th. Nothing else after that

Any updates with anyone who are waiting for PR renewal from Jan 16 onwards? For my wife its been 78 days and their system says 74 days. Should I reach out to them via webform?

Hello everyone,
My wife applied for her PR card to be renewed and on the IRCC website it indicated the following status:
Application Received: Jan 5, 2021
AOR: March 1, 2021
Started Processing: March 1, 2021
PR Card Mailed: March 16, 2021.

While on IRCC website it indicated that her new card was mail on March 16, 2021, we have not yet received her PR card in mail. We live in Kitchener, ON.
Moreover, her application does not show up on IRCC website anymore!

Does anyone have the same issue of not receiving their cards in mail after more than 5 weeks? What do you think we should do?

I would greatly appreciate your response. Thanks!

The processing time count from the date they received your application, not the date u got AOR.

I called ircc agents they say same thing its in production
That long for production
Any one in same situation as me?

Yes, Mine is stuck at decision made since April 1st.

As you all have filed your application, I need some urgent help in filling the form Imm5444

In question number 20, where they have asked the work and education history, so if I was employed for any duration, do I just need to give the name of the employer or even address too? When I was not employed, I wrote not working and then my residential address is this ok?

Also, I do not see any column for postal code in Question 20 and 19 (Address History) so this ok if I do not include it?

Yes, it is stuck at DECISION MADE on the website since March 16.

i got my landing papers on feb 04th and sent out the documents for the PR card but i stillhave not received anything. I have read some posts where people wrote that they looked their pr card application to their cic account. Can anyone provide me instructions on how to do that?
