Permanent Resident Card

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on February 15, 2021.

i haven't received any updates on my application ever since. my application is for PR card renewal, i tried contacting them but it wasn't helpful.

Anyone from here got an update for their applications from 15th February 2021 or later?

Mine was delivered on Feb 9th, waiting for AOR now. At least you can track ur status, I can’t find any info on their website...
Btw, how can you track it without AOR? I’m not able to track it by my personal info...

I went to their website, using ecas, by entering my information to check the information and there i can find this only

ICIC, I tried it a few time but not able to locate my application, no matter what info I input. What information you enter to retrieve ur application?

I enter my DOB, Place OF Birth, YourFamily Name
and choosing Identification Type as " Client ID Number/Unique Client Identifier" you can find this number on your previous PR card under "ID No/No ID"
*Note. Just add the "ID NO/NO ID" numbers, dont add the space, or "-"

it's expired, but this number always remains the same, you can see other category too.
this number remains the same you can also check on your landing paper.
otherwise, i'm not sure but maybe it's not updated on their system
