PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Husband status is as following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on March 5, 2021 (ECAS status changed to "Decision Made" on 25-Mar-2021)
3. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on April 6, 2021. (ECAS status changed to "Complete")

Wife status is as following (application approved+card mailed):

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on March 6, 2021 (ECAS status also updated to "Decision Made")
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 15, 2021. (ECAS status updated to "Complete")
5. Card received @ Vancouver address on 26-March-2021.

Can you please guide how did you send the PR CARD renewal application.I sent them through courier, still they are saying they can't trace it even though I have sent them the delivery receipt as well.:-(

When did you send them your pr card renewal application? It takes around 2 months time after the date they receive your application that you get the AOR (Acknowledgement of Receipt) email from IRCC telling you that they received your application...in that email (in the subject line) you also get your file number using which you can track your application on ECAS System and GCKey MyAccount ....

You have to wait at least two months before any update would appear for your application. If you had put the right address for courier then rest assured they have received it but it's gathering dust until one picks it up and enter it in the system.

Any updates with anyone who are waiting for PR renewal from Jan 16 onwards? For my wife its been 78 days and their system says 74 days. Should I reach out to them via webform?

Urgent processing - my card feb 12 application recieved AOR. Card mailed -24 feb. Card recieved -march 12

Oh, u r so fast, my frd submitted 4 days earlier than you, but got AOR on Mar 23.....

Should be fine. The other address is for regular mail.

After 10 months, I finally got a "Decision Made" status on ECAS, but I didn't get a new line in my status. What does that mean?
