PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

I'm on the same boat. Applied in June 2020 and so far no answer. It's still as "Submitted". I send webforms every week. Same response about delays

Hi I am in same boat as u. I applied in June 29 and still it says submitted. I have used all the forums and came to know that they have printed my card but have sent it to local Calgary office in Dec 2020 for pickup instead of delivery at home. And now the local office is closed and not taking any appointments.

Applied for two people, update is in orange:

Husband status is as following:

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We started processing your application on March 5, 2021

ECAS status is now "Decision Made" as of 25-March-2021 for husband application now.

Wife status is as following (application approved+card mailed):

1. We received your application for a permanent resident card on January 18, 2021.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 6, 2021.
3. We started processing your application on March 6, 2021 (ECAS status also updated to "Decision Made")
4. Your Permanent Resident card was sent by mail on March 15, 2021. (ECAS status updated to "Complete")
5. Card received @ Vancouver address on 26-March-2021.

I got the final approval on my application and I sent the copr with the photographs on Saturday yesterday. Can anyone please help how much time will it take them to print the Pr cards.

Hi , My status changed to Complete on 03/23 saying card has been mailed .

Thanks for the reply. Can u please let us know when u receive the card? So that we can have an idea that how long it takes to get it.

Hi everyone,
My PR card status shows card mailed on February 24, 2021 and it’s now March 29,2021 and I haven’t received my card yet in the mail. Has anyone had the same experience that it’s taking this long to receive their card. Would appreciate any feedback on this.

Wife's and Kid's card came on Friday . i am still waiting for mine . They got their cards in 2 days after the status changed to complete.

Hello, we applied for PR card renewal application on 30/Dec/2020, courier reached CIC sydney ON office on 6/Jan/2021, i dint get any acknowledgement and i dont see the application status online. I called CIC helpdesk and they said case officer might not have started processing the application does anyone have similar issue
We also have the Citizenship application in progress (waiting for test), anyone know if the citizenship application processing is the reason for delay in PR card renewal ?

Was ur’s urgent too ? Then u can fill up the web form. If ur’s was not urgent, then u can fill up the web form too after 80 days. Clearly mention that in the web form that it has been more than 80 days since they have received the application.

I dont think awaiting citizenship test has any thing to do with it. If i were u i would fill up the web form after 80 days mark as this processing time is up to date and they should be able give you renewed pr card within 80 days ( there might be exception in extreme cases but this is average time line as per IRCC website)

Couple of questions here, as I am filling out my renewal form --

1> On Q13, Mailing address: should I keep it blank if the address is same as current address or just put "Same as above" or "not applicable."
2> Q19, should the old address goes first or the current address.
3> Q21, Travel history: If I click the No check box, should I fill the "period to be assessed" or just print "not applicable" on the table.

In general, if a question is not applicable to me, should I keep that field/table blank or write "Not applicable"
