PR Card (New/Renewal) Processing Timeline 2020

Hello, I submitted my application(was delivered) on October 26, 2020. I don’t exactly know what the next steps would be. Since it was submitted a few days ago, and I’ve not received AOR yet(definitely not in the near future), can I still create an online account and link my application? or I should just wait for the CIC email? Because I have neither an application number nor AOR. Should I just create an online account and link my application(I don’t know with what info exactly and how) or just wait for their email(AOR)? I don’t really know what next steps would be. Thanks

You have to wait for CIC to feed your application into system, until then you can't check anything online. It would take around 3 months for them to start on your file.

Application Received: Aug-20
AOR: Oct-29-2020 9.13 pm ET
Logged into my account & able to link my application (after searching). But in ECAS application not shown yet.

Will keep you posted.

You can login to your account if you have online account with one of the many financial/banking institutions. Try this link:

For PR renewal, it should have come in ecas by now. Did you try logging into your cic account & try searching for the application & add it.

Has anyone faced this - CIC entered incorrect address?

I was able to see my application in ECAS today & found that only the province was incorrect (instead of ON they had entered BC), rest including postal was correct.
I have submitted the form to correct my address, but I had previously heard that despite the change they send it to the first entered address?

Anyone with similar experience?

My PR photo was delivered to the Winnipeg IRCC office on July 13th and I still have not received my PR Card. Any advise please?

I will have to travel to India in December on an important matter
