I am in process of renewing PR card for my parents. Can I put both applications in separate regular envelopes and put these two envelopes in one big prepaid canadapost envelope to send?
is there any Issue in sending them together? Or they must be sent separately?
my application was submitted 25 March but haven’t heard nothing from IRCC and I keep checking my email regularly everyday but no AOR yet . should I contact them !!

CIC website states that they send AOR for complete applications. You have to wait 160 days( as per current processing time) from the date your application was delivered to send your enquiry, only then they will reply you.

Hi there, there should be no reason why both applications can go in the one Canada Post package. Be sure to keep a photo copy of both applications - and do put them in separate envelopes within the one envelope!

My application file and my child application file, I put in the same envelope from fed-ex.
Whole my application including my 2 photos, I use paper clip and attach On TOP of the file as don’t want to use staples. That mean CIC officer can pick up whole complete my files.
Same thing I did for my child file.
That mean in the Fed-Ex envelope, there are 2 complete package by using paper clip (NOT staples) and send to courier address (NOT Canada post address) as I used fed-ex courier.
People who want to use Canada post, need to use Canada post address. Good luck.
Hi I sent them together in one envelope since the payment receipt is for both of them already. For xpresspost, the canada post outlet said that it should be the regular mailing address.
