I have received my confirmation of Permanent Residence today, however I was expecting my PR card comes with that confirmation letter. IRCC only issued me a visa which will be expired do I need to wait or call them to figure out how to get my card. Thsnkss.

The process is clearly explained on the IRCC website. Once you have your COPR/visa, you need to actually land as a PR. This requires that you either leave Canada and re-enter or that you make an appointment to land at an IRCC office within Canada.

To add to the above answer, you must land and declare PR in Canada BEFORE the expiry date shown in the CoPR.
Only on landing will they start the process for issue of a PR Card, and then only if you can provide them with a Canadian residential address for them to mail it to.
