Hello my parents Pr Card is expiring in Nov 2018. My question is we have lost the confirmation of permanent residence document. Can we apply with out that as we have all the PHOTO IDS and PRcard.
Please advise much appreciated.
 
I made an application to renew the card in May and that document was not required on the check-list. I would recommend you not delay, as the processing times are VERY LONG.
