PR card is 6 weeks too long?

Hi,
my husband landed on April 12th and we stilll have not recieved his PR card. gov website says it takes 30 days. Our address has not changed... Should we investigate. Of course I tried getting through to the call centre and of course I could not so thought I'd post here.

I've read several posts recently saying the delivery time for PR cards is currently more than 30 days. One post suggested that those are business days (and Canada Post delivers only on business days), though I am not sure about the veracity. If your husband is not planning to leave the country any time soon, I would suggest waiting a little longer.

We just got ours last week, took about 7.5 weeks... no need to worry

My family landed on April 10 and they just received it this morning. So it should hopefully be a matter of days for you as well!
