i linked my spouse's pr card application in account and it shows submitted
BUT
i never sent copr and photos to montreal

I don't think the submit status means the confirmation of photos and COPR delivery

44 days now to get pr card, according to cicc website lol…I think theyre mistaken, it should be 44 weeks

Anytime you link your PR card application, it will show that as a submission date but it has nothing to do application documents requirements.

There is no AOR for a first PR card.

Got Ghost update today on my PR card application, seems things are moving now
COPR : 30 march
Photos delivered to IRCC Montreal : 7 April

I also received a GU today for myself as well as my dependents.
CoPR March 26
Photos delivered on April 1 to Montreal office
Hopefully we will get our card soon.
