Could you guys please explain the following to me and anyone facing a confusion about the PR card form.
Q.2: Date you became a permanent resident of Canada:
- Should we mention the Visa date or the Arrival date?
Q.21: Travel History
- Are we supposed to fill this section though its our initial landing or is it only for those who have previously landed and traveled?
Section D and F: Please confirm that we do not need to fill this section on initial landing?
Is the Supplementary Identification Form also to be filled alongwith?
But then, what do u fill in when u land initially? U are asked to fill the PR Card form, isnt it?
I was taking precaution by filling it beforehand and hence.....

You must have got your landing documents (for u & ur family), you just need those with you at the time of landing, with your PP, money, goods to follow list etc.
(if your family is not landing with u for any reasons, u should not carry their documents with you.)
also, officer at port of entry will help you to finish rest of the job.

No - you are not asked to fill out a PR card form if you are landing for the first time. There is no PR form to fill out if you are landing for the first time.
Hi Mani,
You just need ur passports with COPR to do landing formalities. The PR card application is done at the airport wherein u do not have to fill out any PR application form.
