There are quite a few of us (across all EE categories: FSW's, CEC's, etc.) who's applications are with the Ottawa office at different stages that are past the 6 month mark. Thought I'd start a thread specifically for the Ottawa VO folks since there doesn't seem to be one. Share your experiences and timelines, whether you are still waiting for your PPR's or if any of the seniors here have received their PPR's from the Ottawa VO, your insights would be appreciated.

the best sure shot way is to find it through ordering GCMS notes. however, normally it depends on where you applied from, what category you applied under and your nationality.

Im not sure which is my office, but I got a letter for Passport request from Moscow Embassy of Canada.

Hi. My application didn't hit 6 months but here's my timeline.

FSWO Ottawa VO
AOR 27th Aug
Med passed 30th Aug
RPRF 19th Sep
Background Check in Progress 20th Aug.
GCMS notes ordered on 10th Oct.

Nothing since.

Recently raised CSE, got a new additional line in reply,that we have verified your details and your application is in process.
