What were the comments from the agent in notes before the file was transferred to NDVO?

NDVO is certainly the worst amongst all VO offices. Also CIC has no system. People are waiting for months and months for no fault of theirs just because cic has forgotten about their files.
I am 4.5 months since AOR. No update since my file was transferred to NDVO in feb. super helpless!!
How many people here at NDVO still waiting? I ordered gcms 3 times. Notes say nithing as its just rotting at ndvo.

I would suggest write a mail to ndvo and also to cpc Ottawa on the same mail. Let them know you have paid your rprf in April and since then there is no communication and ask to know if the decision is taken.
I know someone who mailed them to ask status and they replied back with por mail.
So try your luck. Alternatively you can ask for gcms to know the status

My case was logged on 20th Dec 2017 FSW-O ,EE ,paid rprf on request from VIsa office :NEW DELHI , on April 25th 2018 , and presently as per.my case s back ground check says :we are processing it
Does CIC start processing background check after rprf ?
What I have heard is rprf is only.done.once case is approved ?
Do they again start processing back ground check

They might pick your file anytime soon, with backlogs they were picking in approx 4-5 months.
But recently they have issued por to Feb 2018 aors. So probably there is something on your file that they kept it pending or plain badluck that they missed your file.

today 11 months have completed and there is no reply from cic .the status of cic account and ecas shows "in process"
nothing has started in 11 months ...its really frustrating and need lots of patience...

Hi

I am an applicant from Delhi. Feb 21 AOR and was stuck in IP1 since then. However, in the first week of June moved to IP2 and got a message from CIC for getting my medicals done again. I am sure someone is looking at the files in a systematic manner and you will hear back soon. NDVO might be having the highest application volume of all the VOs around the world.
