Dude, take a chill, if it's in NDVO already and not rejected yet, means 60% work is done and its a great news.... Don't track every move there.... trust me I've been there before.
Just wait and watch for few more weeks (like a month) if still there is no movement, may be you can email Ottawa office asking for a status update or even order a GCMS notes to see whats going on..... but as of now, its only been a month and a half and considering 8 weekends per month, its not a bad thing at all.

So i called CIC yesterday and came across a nice agent . She told me your file has been transferred to NDVO ( I forgot to ask when ) and any further information can be obtained from them. I wanted to ask if its alright to contact NDVO( i am currently in my 10th month ) or i should just wait.

Contact them and tell them that you had already crossed the average processing timelines of 6 months. I think you should have raises case specific enquiry (CSE) using the enquiry form.
@Lakhanpal.saurabh - Have you landed in canada? How did you carried your funds. cash or Transferred to RBC. Is Bank statement from RBC sufficient as proof of funds at Immigration counter in Canada? Is computer generated statement sufficient or it should be attested by Bank.
