Just received an SMS stating my processed passport has been dispatched from Bangalore visa office and then 5 minutes later got an email stating my processed passport has been dispatched from ndvo.
The vfs tracking site just says it has been dispatched from visa application centre and to track from its courier partner website.
Does anyone know who the courier partner is? And if the vfs tracking ID is only what has to be used to track it?

Thanks!! Yes it is blue dart. Recieved an email from vfs ahmedabad telling me my passport has been couriered via blue dart. Expecting it to reach tomorrow.

PP sent to NDVO on 12th June for FSWO. CIC just updated - with new document "counterfoil" & final decision - approved.

VFS tracking showing no change. When can I expect my passport?

I passed my medical today with BG being NA for a few hours, then it switched to "Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check." I didn't get a BG check is next step message.
Is this IP1 or IP1 has not even begun yet?

IP1. This is when R10, criminality and eligibility are reviewed by agent. In 2 weeks it should become NA again.

My employer (govt contractual) will not be happy if I leave. Even the colleagues will be jealous and try to do harm. If I give notice I am sure they will create an unhealthy environment. Can anyone help

1) What will happen if I leave without notice and send them resignation after landing?
2) If I give notice can they in any case stop me from going to Canada? Also I do have a clean record.
