3 weeks is fine , it will be almost full 2 months since my file is approved and not getting the email is beyond frustrating , no words for NDVO for not replying to the emails , atleast they can reply that file is under process so I can wait although it's 10 months already

Its a very long time .

Have you tried going personally at NDVO ?

Today I got my GCMS notes, as per the final notes comments "Appears to met the Requirements" Ready To Finalize. And, they transferred the file to NDVO on December 22nd (My AOR = 3rd December 2016) and till now no updates...Just Waiting.

As Per Notes:
My Security Status: Not Started (Not why its not started yet)
Medicals: Passed
Eligibility: Met
Criminality: Passed.

Any Idea what else NDVO team will validate? Looks like NDVO have not even opened my file Since December 22nd? Not sure what is happening?

Can you guide me that do cic take more than 9 months to process a file after AOR ? My AOR was issued on June 21 , my GCMS says : Eligibility, Medical , Criminality Passed . Case Analyst says : ready to finalise for pnp triage. means do i think all is fine and in a safe direction ?

My fist visa office is OTTAWA and second is NEW DELHI VISA OFFICE (NDVO). my file sucks in Background check process at NDVO . file was transferred by cic Ottawa on July 26, till date no any email for ppr. my background in process on February 13 / 2017.

Guys it's been more than a month since my AOR and there is no update on medicals etc. Do you think i should order GCMS notes or should i wait for medicals to be cleared ?

Your file is probably at Sydney, NS and not NDVO. If you dont know send CIC an email. If its at NDVO then it means they have done some work on it.

What does GCMS notes say about security? Did you get any additional document requests and when do u see the comment ready to finalise for pnp triage in the GCMS notes.

I believe you already might have tried mailing, calling and Raising CSE. If not keep doing that regularly. Did you applied by your self or through any consultant. Try checking all your alternate emails, suggest you to get a fresh GCMS once again. All the best dont worry you will get it soon. Nothing much we can do, apart from waiting.
