What i dont understand is that people from Dec and Jan are reporting BG IP. Is NDVO doing this to improve their average processing time. Or is it a new trend where it is putting BG IP early. Is it that they will do it twice from now on. So many questions. But no definite answer. Guess only time will tell. Till last saturday most June to Sep applicants got BG IP along with a couple from Oct. But this week instead of continuing with Oct they have just gone to Dec and Jan applicants. Its hard to make sense of it all.

yes heard of 2 applicants getting a call from NDVO. Its rare and for some particular reason only.

Can u Pl elaborate they call at what stage.(whether when BG in progress)

Not much anyone said in details, but that they asked about work place and some family info. yes while BG Check from LVO

I also feel exactly same.

Previously files were initially checked at CIO and transferred and they did not update as IP

Now the files are checked at Ottawa VO who update it as IP while file is transferred. ( chances are BG might go NN once again )

This is todays analysis only. tomorrow it might change

So I finally got my PPR.

Though now I need to figure out if I can get my passport back in time for my travel to the US

After the awesome week for NDVO applicants last week this week has so far been a dud. Lets hope they get back to issuing PPR's soon.

see i am paper based applicant n i was waiting for my file transfer but today its done which was supposed to done by last week. so i think 1 week they are working on EE files & 1 week on Paper based.
