Normal, I guess. Mine is the same since 18 Nov. Relax, let NDVO clear June/July/August/September applicants first. Then, they might start with the October/November batch.

I was talking about the staff in general. Officers will be Canadian but they definitely have Indian assistants. Don't beleive me then just go to their website india.gc.ca and see the vacancies for various positions.

They put up a short-term emergency employment advertisement based out of New Delhi on 15th Feb. The opening is for "Immigration Program Assistant". Guess the guys are being hired to speed up Express Entry processing.

Not really, IMO. If you look at your GCMS notes, "Program Assistant" makes notes about the stream of your application/Medical status/Nomination Status/Funds, your civil status, passport expiry and checks if your name is already existing in FOSS/GCMS. The notes of the program assistant are available immediately before the notes of case analyst.
