June July Aug , mostly everyone got BG changed to IP. Seems NDVO has allotted more officers to Express Entry

There are Indians and Canadians. Of course, there can be people from other nationalities as well.

No there is no logic of keeping outsiders as procesding officers. They must be Canadian. Other helping staff may be anyone. Mostly these officers are shuffled between diff VO

BG still remains NN for me.
