You should raise a CSE and attach LoE explaining your situation with your current contact details. Your VO might not be changed right now, however, you can request for same post PPR. Hope this helps!

Look on the top right, you will find a button "PROFILE"
Click that.
The on the left side menu, under "Modify Information" -> "Forum Profile Information"

You can update your signature there

Yes you can pay the fees using a debit card,just make sure it has feature of making international payments.
