Just called CIC canada but they gave no replies, they said as your application is processed outside canada we don't have an update for you. Did not even take the UCI number to check. Feeling disappointed..... Any suggestions seniors...

Hm. I wouldn't say that's a cause for worry per se, but it does indicate they are moving slower than usual on your application. Was anything irregular in the GCMS report?

Then there is nothing to worry about. They're being slow, which can be worrying and nerve wracking, but it doesn't sound like they've found anything wrong with your application at all.

Dear SGA, Don't worry even I was in same situation.my file was not touched(BG not needed) till Aug 30.Within span of 30 days they finished BG and issued PPR.So you almost near to PPR.

After 8.5 months finally.. what should be the next steps?? .. i do have to send my Passports and documents to VFS New Delhi.

If you are in India...go to nearest VFS with your passport, copy of PPR letter, 2 photos (as specified in PPR letter) and some cash for processing, courier fee.

perfect sam, thanq so much.......i have same time duration for events just that my AOR is april 19, it moved to ndvo on 3oth april with A11.2 met and R10 OK.........no lmia or pnp.......my 4 gcms notes are same lol.........just that on second page of gcms my ELIGIBILITY and SECURITY says NOT STARTED while my CRIMINALITY says PASSED, but for some its MET, i donno why, how abt u..............+1 by the way.

ELIGIBILITY and SECURITY says NOT STARTED : till AUG 30 (in both 1st GCMS (generated on 3rd May) and 2nd GCMS (generated on 30th Aug) same status)
CRIMINALITY PASSED : 17 FEB (as per 1st GCMS)
