yes, it was transferred to NDVO on April 6th. I am FSW Inland, BG never changed to In Progress. Its been same from day one.

I called CIC few weeks back and they said that my BG has started but not completed yet. But the status never changed in MyCIC.

You are right PR is a privilege.

My question was about the timeline of application processing.if i am paying fees then CIC should be accountable to respond (pass/fail) in timely manner in duration they have told.

i am not asking for PR, i am just waiting for result of application. whether its approval or denied

how can CIC give any info on call if the file was with New Delhi. They are just giving common responses. GCMS is the only way to know if your file is outside canada.

They can give information it just depends on the agent. First time i called they said its in NDVO and cannot give any info. Second time i called a nice lady was able to give me the info.

Canvisaforhim has received ppr long back...plz chk his post..Hariti0108 and canvisaforhim both are in green in March AOR sheet but not updated in NDVO sheet. Plz look into this..

Not sure how long to wait. Its better to know the decision sooner, even if its not in favour. At least the wait will end and I could move on with my life. Many decisions are holding due to wait for PR decision.

Nope i don't have either, nor did i order gcms. I have mailed and rasied CSE with NDVO. hope that might help a bit.
Why can't the VO just update there decision since we are waiting for more than 6 months. I agree on the 80% part and we are the 20% unfortunate ones.

But i could see people AOR from April and May are getting PPR, why can't they just clear the pending cases before moving further.

yes i completely agree.....im april aor and many from april and may are getting ppr but they are the ones with nomination...........i so upset with this delay, im sure it will cross 6months for me and other april guys also without lmia or nomination........i suggest u order gcms as u will know for sure which vo is ur vo, 99% its ndvo as it wouldnt have been so delayed if it was ottawa !!!
