Then I would wait, they can take as long as 30 working days to respond some times

Completed 6 months on 16th march and background check is still not needed at this time.
I am FSW outland without PNP or LMIA.
Anybody else with same timeline and profile waiting for PPR from NDVO? People after my AOR have received PPR and it somewhat worries me. There are not much left with March Aor near my date.

Yes, I'm an outland applicant, based outta India, so probably NDVO, n yes, without PNP

there are few more in the same group, so we just need to keep tracking the progress and also raise a request either via CSE or GCMS notes.

waiting for my second set of GCMS notes.. Should come by first week of october..hope to get ppr sooner than GCMS notes

Don't worry, I received mine just 1 day before I would have completed 7 months.

I am also FSW Outland without LMIA or PNP, AOR 20 Mar, NDVO. No progress on the file, background check still not started. Ordered GCMS twice, no progress shown there either. Let's hope for the best.

may i know if ur A11.2 is met?.........what does ur eligibility say under assessments?.....met or not started?..........do u have only agent notes or u have analyst also.....pl answer my queris with timeline if possible !!!

every thing same as urs, 12 days post AOR my file moved to ndvo ie on 30th april.......but my Eligibility says NOT STARTED i dont know why...BUT my CRIMINALITY says PASSED.......do u have s16.1.c on ur notes or a blank page.
