Can you please tell if anyone of those who moved to IP2 has got PPR. I want to know if NDVO gives PPR soon after IP2 as Ottawa does. Or does it take more time and we keep waiting even after IP2.

No, but I have seen that applications with some particular NOC codes are taking longer than usual. I am planning to wait until my 8 months are completed.

The processing time does not depend on NOC code, it depends on the documents and complexity in the application.
A person with a big travel history and more number of applicants will take more time. I would suggest you to call CIC for an update
