I received it in "My CIC" account. There was only an email from "donotreply" that you have a new message in your account.
There are others who reported to have received it via email - "Ready for Visa" is the subject line of that email.

Congratulations!! Just a question, is there any time frame given where in we have to submit the passport for stamping? If n case due to any reason one can only submit a passport after a month or so from receiving PPR mail.
Ok! Any idea if the sending and receiving address can be any other than what has been stated in the application? If incase I am in another state than my own when i receive PPR then can I send the passport from there and recieve back on that address?
We have practically the same timeline. I too am just waiting to receive the PPR mail. Many near and around our timeline seem to be receiving the mail so hoping for the same in this month.
They ask for 2 photographs and have very specific instruction for how that should be.
My wife got her PPR a couple of days ago. She applied on her own (I did not sponsor her). We recently got married and now she need to tell CIC about her change in marital status. Any idea where that email needs to be sent? (primary office: NDVO)
