That was quick.. U submitted on 10th at Bangalore right? 11th, 12th was weekend and 13th was Holi.. So they stamped and dispatched your passport in less than 3 days.. lucky..
You are OINP nominated? Just wondering if your employer files for a work permit for Alberta, you will technically be misinterpreting your intentions to live in Ontario, which may not be good for you. This is completely my personal opinion
I don't think it will be a misinterpretation. Because, if I get PPR and PR Visa and then applying for ICT for any other province, then it will be misinterpretation. Because we never know, how much time it will take to get PR Visa and meanwhile any candidate can work and live in any province of Canada. However, during my ICT process, they might reject the ICT application saying your PR Application is completed and soon you will receive PPR.
My only worry is if my passport will be with NDVO for ICT processing and meanwhile if I receive PPR, then what are might be the obligations and next course of actions???

Yes but I checked for others also average is 7-8 days including weekend.

Yeah 7-8 days is the general trend.. except for one or two applicants on this thread for whom there has been substantial delay.. I'm surprised why the executive in VFS bangalore told me it would take 15-20 WORKING days for the passport to be stamped and CoPR to be issued after passport submission...
