IS that really BG IP? Mine was BG IP before the system changed the way statuses were presented and now it is
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."

^ Isn't THAT BG "In Progress"?

Below is the status of my Passport submission status. It means I should get it by 8th or 9th Mar.

Visa application, tracking ID No.2017XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX – Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 07/03/2017 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website.

But my Final Decision still says - "Not Started". It doesn't say Approved. Why is that?

Oh okay so that means you'll probably get it today. I didn't opt for courier service and I picked it myself hence our messages are a bit different.
I assume the message might have also changed now or maybe in the next few hours.

Hi, where did you submit the PP at? I submitted the PP on the same date and chose courier option. No changes yet.
