I applied for Canadian PR in 2008. which was refused in the first stage as my experience did not fulfill the criteria set by CIC at the time. I got my fee refunded as they returned my application without forwarding for further processing.
Now I am thinking of applying for student visa. In student visa one has to assure them that he will return back after completing the course. As I have once applied for PR in which I stated that I intend to live in Canada permanantly. How would it effect my student visa application?
How can I assure them I will leave canada after completing? (Student has to assure them)
My situation has changed a lot. In 2008 when I applied for PR I was unmarried and was living in Dublin alone. Did not have any responsibiltiy from family. I am married from pakistan with one daughter who are not going with me. I will dinitely come back to Pakistan for them. Any Solution for my probelm? Thanks in advance

maybe share your qualifications, subject, IELTS results , proposed course/ college then other forum members might be able to make some feedback on probabilities ignoring PR refusal.
Given 8 years have passed even those processing applications realise circumstances change so is about putting a good case together as well as demonstrating home country ties and finances.
I have done MBA in Nov 2010. Working in a Nonprofit Organization since Feb 2011. Did not need IELTS because my previous degree was from English speaking country. Course Applied Graduate Cert in Non Profit Leadership & Management.
