Its day 350 and I finally got an email saying there's a new message about your application, and when I checked my account I saw the request letter.

Hi guys,
I got my AoR on July 14,2018 and then I found out my case has been transferred to Calgary IRCC in May 2019.
And I requested GCMS notes in Dec 2019 and the notes said my Criminality in progress/Eligibility not started/Security not started...
I haven't been asked to do my medical exam since I got the AoR...
It's been extremely long (almost 18 months) since I got my AoR and I called CIC this morning, the agent said that there's nothing wrong with my case and no further documents required from me...
Is this normal?? Any thoughts why my case was transferred to the Calgary office(I got my nomination under Alberta)?

Well you are not alone. My application has been at Calgary since August 2019. I am a PNP applicant with AOR Oct 23, 2017. I did not hear anything from CIC since sept 2018 when I did my medicals. In Aug 2019 I ordered a notes and realized my application had been transferred to LVO Calgary. I called several times and They kept asking me to wait my time. just 2weeks ago I got a mail from Calgary office requesting ADR and I have since sent it. Waiting for a positive mail soon.

Webform enquiry says transferred to local office, Calgary on March 14,2019.
Requested ATIP on Feb 25,2020.
Should I be hoping anything soon.?
what is ATIP?
my application was transferred to Calgary on Aug 2019 and I got a request from the Calgary LVO Feb 21, 2020.
