It was transferred from CIO after R10 first to Vancouver and 2 days later to Calgary. Its been in Calgary since Dec 14th

So I couldn't wait for next week and I just called them. Nice agent said :
Eligibility- pass
Criminality- pass
Security- pass

Waiting to be finalized- she couldn't really say what that means.

At what time and time zone did u call? What number too?

I have tried multiple times 242 2100 number and they are ‘too busy to transfer me to an agent’

Called cic a very nice agent told that my file is approved ! he could not tell when i should get PPR . So relieved !!

Hi I called the same number, 7:15 am PST . I always called at that time and almost always got through. Keep trying

I called IRCC yesterday and there is no change on my application since MEP.
Criminality-IN PROGRESS
Security- NOT STARTED
Eligibility- NOT STARTED
