PR application in process and work permit coming to an end

Hi

My canadian work permit is 3 years old and i will complete 4 years in July 2013, I have applied for the PR in arranged employment FSW category in oct 2011.

If my PR dosent come by July 2013 what are option left out for me please advise as i heard that the canadian work permit can only be done for consecutive 4 years.

Please advise if we have any options in this case.
